Project Document Administration Module
Enable our client to electronically capture the details of the documents that are needed during the project duration. An important consideration for all those documents that each identifies the party required for taking an action, ball in court, and the date this action due which needs to be aligned with the current project plan to avoid delays. Those documents will be captured in a database so all historical information is available for analysis and most importantly to support any claim submission. The documents can be designed in formats that will fulfil any project requirement.
In addition, this module has the submittal planning capability which is crucial on any engineering and construction project. Through this feature, a detailed plan of all material, method statements, insurances, shop drawings, brochures, etc. are captured and linked to the project plan to identify the required approval date for each. Then when actual submittal review and approval starts, it will capture the history of events and identify parties delaying approvals and number of revision cycles it took to approve a submittal.
