Project Planning and Scheduling Module
Enable our client to develop a detailed project plan that will explain the strategy to be followed in achieving the project deliverables within the project milestone dates. In addition, identify the required resources and their usage to achieve what is been committed in the project plan. The project plan will be used to show how the project budget will be spent during the project duration. This project is known as the baseline plan.
In addition, the client needs to update this plan to monitor and control the actual performance, identify deviations and changes, provide forecast at completion, report on performance among others.
