New PMWEB 2026
Rebuilt 100% on Angular, with AI on every record page and the full platform on any device. PMWEB 2026 is not the end of a roadmap. It is the foundation for one: more AI, stronger cost and contract management, and better CDE and BIM integration.

What changes
A new technical foundation, AI built in and governed, and the full platform wherever your teams work, on site or in the boardroom.
The whole platform now runs on a modern Angular interface: faster pages, multi-tab editing, and consistent grids, pickers and layouts. The foundation for an aggressive roadmap.
The PMWEB AI Assistant finds, opens and creates records, generates Adaptive Forms from chat, and explains the page you are on.
The full platform runs on phones and tablets, adapting to the screen, with nothing to install or maintain. Real-time data where the work is.
The Intelligence Control Framework governs how AI works in PMWEB: it respects your security and permissions, and administrators enable it by security group.
PMWEB 2026 AI
A chat panel on every record page. It works on the structured records your teams already create, respects their permissions, and keeps a history of recent questions.

Search records and get a clickable list, such as every RFI on a project.
Go straight to a specific record.
Start a new record, or generate an Adaptive Form from chat.
Contextual guidance and an AI summary of the page you are on.
Also new
Every remaining page across Plans, Assets, Workflow, Portfolio and Tools rebuilt on the new interface, plus new capabilities for cost, reporting, workflow, audit and bidding.
Cost centres defined at location level flow down to projects automatically, with safeguards on allocations.
On budgets, commitments, contracts, change orders and invoices, filled automatically from the cost code.
Redesigned with interactive breadcrumbs, smart filtering, a sortable report table and thumbnail previews.
Switch between diagram and table views when designing business processes.
Schedule changes tracked in the audit trail, and SAML single sign-on for PMWEB Admin.
Enhanced bid management with multiple bidder contacts, and bulk zip uploads to attachments and the Document Manager.

Also with PMWEB 2026
Two programmes PMWEB launched with the 2026 release, available through CMCS.
Built from more than 100 real customer implementations, with learning paths and a peer community for each sector. PMWEB reports up to 50% less deployment time and implementation cost. Available with PMWEB 2026 and above.
Structured learning paths, on-demand content and industry-recognised certifications for each phase of the project life cycle, built around real workflows rather than feature tours.
The roadmap
More AI capabilities on the same governed records, release after release.
Stronger cost and contract management for owners and the organisations that deliver for them.
Better integration with common data environments and BIM models.
