PMIS is all we do.
CMCS (Collaboration, Management and Control Solutions) helps the owners behind the region's most significant capital projects deliver them digitally, with a PMIS at the core. We license, implement, integrate and support PMWEB, and connect it to the applications that make it deliver more.
We know what the system has to capture because we spent decades managing and controlling capital projects ourselves. That experience now goes into configuring PMIS processes that hold up in practice, at audit and in a claim.

CMCS represents Oracle Primavera in the region for more than twenty years, and Bassam co-founds the PMI Arabian Gulf Chapter.

CMCS becomes PMWEB's partner for the region, and focuses on the PMIS as the system of record for owners.

CMCS is named PMWEB Global Partner of the Year 2025, with 60+ enterprise clients across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait.
- 2026
The connected PMIS
CMCS opens its Saudi company in Riyadh, becomes the exclusive MENA partner for Gryps AI, and extends its PMIS delivery into AI with PMWEB 2026 and Gryps.

Bassam Samman has more than forty years of capital project management experience in the region, and has spent the last decade and more focused on digitalizing how those projects are delivered. He holds the PMP, PSP, EVP and GPM credentials, has written four books on project management digitalization (all available on Amazon), and co-founded the PMI Arabian Gulf Chapter.
His article series on PMIS, contracts, claims and governance reach more than 43,000 followers on LinkedIn. He leads CMCS with a team of PMWEB implementation, integration and support specialists.
