Press release · October 2026
The new cmcs.co puts PMWEB at the centre of everything CMCS does, sets out three ways to bring AI to PMIS data, and turns 128 Insights articles into practical guidance on getting full value from PMWEB.
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, October 2026. CMCS (Collaboration, Management and Control Solutions), PMWEB's Authorized Implementation Partner for the GCC and MENA and PMWEB Global Partner of the Year 2025, today launched its new website at www.cmcs.co. Rebuilt from the ground up, the site reflects a single focus: helping the owners of capital projects, and the PMC firms and contractors that deliver for them, run their portfolios on PMWEB as their system of record.
The website is organised around what PMWEB does for an organisation and how CMCS delivers it. Visitors can see the processes PMWEB digitalizes, from estimates, budgets and commitments to FIDIC notices, change, payments, schedules, documents and governance, and the ways it can be deployed: as SaaS hosted in the UAE or in Saudi Arabia, on the client's own servers, or on a fully offline intranet.
Dedicated pages cover 15 industries, each with the PMWEB references in that sector grouped by country; the applications CMCS connects to PMWEB, including ERP, Primavera P6, GIS, BIM and Power BI; the solutions CMCS has built on PMWEB; and the full range of CMCS services, from business requirements and configuration to integration, migration, training and support. The PMWEB page also presents examples of the Power BI dashboards CMCS builds inside PMWEB, and a summary of published PMWEB customer case studies from around the world, with full details available from CMCS on request.
A dedicated AI section explains CMCS's position: AI is only as reliable as the data beneath it, and a PMIS captures every RFI, change, commitment and approval as a validated record linked to the ones before it. On that foundation, CMCS now offers three complementary ways to put AI to work:
At the heart of the new website is Insights, a library of 19 article series and 128 articles written by Bassam Samman, Chief Executive Officer of CMCS. Each series can be read online or downloaded in full as a single PDF.
The articles have a practical purpose: to show organisations how to extract the maximum value from deploying PMWEB. Each one starts from a real problem that owners, PMOs, PMC firms and contractors face, such as issuing a FIDIC notice on time, substantiating a claim, controlling the approved estimate, enforcing a delegation of authority, managing contingency, meeting the reporting requirements of a PPP or a government programme, or governing the reconstruction of a country after war or natural disaster. It then explains how PMWEB is configured to solve it: the forms, workflows, reports and dashboards involved, and the data they capture.
Insights will continue to grow. New articles and series will be added as they are written, including articles illustrated with PMWEB 2026, and the series are linked from the relevant industry and solution pages, so that readers find the guidance that applies to their own portfolio. Readers who want to apply an article to their own PMWEB can contact CMCS to discuss it. Bassam Samman's four books on digitalizing project delivery are also presented on the site, with links to Amazon.
"Owners do not need another system. They need the one they have to deliver its full value. PMWEB already captures everything a capital project produces. Our Insights articles show, process by process, how to configure it so that this data drives decisions, and AI now makes those decisions faster. The new website brings all of that together in one place."Bassam Samman, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, CMCS
Visitors to www.cmcs.co can book a PMWEB demonstration, ask about any of the AI solutions, request details of a PMWEB case study or propose one of their own, and download the Insights series.
